The Ferrari Maserati dealerships of Beverly Hills and Silicon Valley invited existing Maserati owners to test drive the new sports coupe near Thomas Fogarty Winery. There was a five hour window and they wanted to provide both a delicious meal and also find a way to keep guests occupied if they had to wait for test drives.


Our solution? We combined an authentic Italian feast with a cooking demonstration stage where we demonstrated making and rolling out a variety of fresh pastas throughout the afternoon. The best part? Guests got to sample the freshly made agnolotti and ravioli at the food stations.

A Corporate Gala

A hip Silicon Valley company approached us about catering their annual one thousand person gala that concludes a three day conference. The event needed to be great, not a “make an appearance and slip out” affair. They were still refining the theme but mentioned that many of the guests were engineers and scientists.


We suggested the Exploratorium as an interactive venue and worked with their event planners to create a playful science theme. Our bartenders donned lab coats and offered specialty cocktails in beakers and test tubes. Dessert included three flavors of ice cream made to order with -320 degree liquid nitrogen and served on mini ice cream cones. The consensus? The best gala event ever.


A Surprise Birthday

One of our regular clients contacted us a two weeks before her husband’s fiftieth birthday in a panic. She had been traveling and hadn’t made any plans. We quickly designed the event and created a custom menu based on different locations they had visited around the world.


Two weeks later was a fabulous birthday party that no one ever knew hadn’t been in the works for months.
