CHANGE OF CONTEXT CAN SPUR CREATIVITY

CHANGE OF CONTEXT CAN SPUR CREATIVITY

Sometimes the best inspiration for a new dish comes in the garden. I’ll be at the office or in the kitchen working through a menu in my head and then early the next morning an idea will come to me as I putt around the garden. Perhaps it’s seeing ingredients in their purest state and being undistracted. Or maybe it’s the green tea I drink, since caffeine stimulates creativity (and even helped usher in the industrial revolution, because of poor water quality it was one of the few safe alternatives to beer at the time).
