The Componere story begins as a side hustle in a home kitchen before weaving its way through high-profile events all over the country, recession and pandemic, celebrity weddings, wild adventures, and lots and lots of delicious food.
From the beginning, we knew building a unique culture that attracted the best talent would be key to reimagining the catering industry.
What’s in a Name?
That desire to build the best team in the industry is part of the inspiration for our name, componere, which is Latin for “to bring all the pieces together.”
Our name also speaks to all the pieces of each custom, world-class event experience — food, service, beverage, production, and design — that our team brings together.
